Nature of Requirements:
The Department of Public Works and Government Services, on
behalf of the Department of National Defence, has a requirement
for the supply and delivery of Surface Use Explosive Ordnance
Disposal Tools and Equipment.
To be considered responsive, it is mandatory that Bidders submit
a price for each of the 121 line items, with an option to
purchase up to 12 kits to be exercised within twenty-four (24)
months from the effective date of the contract. Failure to do so
will render the offer non-responsive.
Canadian Military Technical Data Provided on Request
Canadian military specifications and/or drawings are required
for this procurement, but will be provided only upon request to
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Therefore,
in order for the bidder to obtain technical documents in a
timely manner, the bidder must order the material no later than
15 days prior to bid closing. This request for technical data
must be in writing, and be sent by e-mail to my attention
c••••••••@•••••.••.ca.
Technical data not ordered within the acceptable time period
will not be actioned, and no extension to the bid closing date
or time will be granted for this reason.
The lowest priced aggregate Package, deemed technically
responsive, will be recommended for award of a contract.
The items must be Delivered Duty Paid at destination,
individually packaged and identified, in a kit format. The Kits
are based on the 121 line items. The Contractor must not ship
incomplete Kits and must be delivered in a single shipment..
Inspection: In accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management
Systems - Requirements (QAC Q)

These Items are to be delivered to Canadian Forces Base Edmonton.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
