Requirement

a) Dock the vessel prior to Commencement of repair work and
Undock the vessel on completion.

b) To carry out the repairs in accordance with provided
Technical Specification and associated Drawings

c) To carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in
paragraph (b).

Work Period

Commence 7 November 2012
Complete 4 December 2012

This time frame includes a reasonable amount of time for
additional work

Bidders Conference and Viewing

a) Bidders' Conference: A Bidders' Conference chaired by PWGSC
will be held on Wednesday, September 12th 2012, commencing at
approximately 1100 onboard the vessel tied up at the Canadian
Coast Guard Base, located Seal Bay, Prince Rupert BC.
b) Viewing: The vessel will be available for viewing,
immediately following the conference. The vessel will be
proceeding to sea in the evening of the same day.

Destination

The work shall be performed by the Contractor at their Repair
Facility

Sourcing Strategy

The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be
limited to suppliers in Western Canada, in accordance with the
Shipbuilding Procurement Policy (19/12/96) subject to the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This procurement is exempt
from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and
from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4)

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
