Requirement:
To carry out the maintenance and alterations of the two (2)
barge davits and A-Frame, including mechanical, hydraulic and
electrical components of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) vessel
"CCGS Pierre Radisson" in accordance with the provided
Specification dated March 5, 2013.

Bidders' Conference:
A bidders' conference chaired by the Contracting Authority will
be held at Department of Fisheries and Oceans, 101 Boul.
Champlain, Québec, Québec on March 19, 2013 @ 0900.

Destination:
The work shall be carried out at Contractors facility.

Work Period:
Work Period: April 1, 2013
Complete: June 24, 2013

Sourcing Strategy:
The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be
limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada Region, in accordance
with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy
(1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex
1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
