Requirement:
To carry out the dry docking refit of the Canadian Coast Guard
Vessel CCGS Private Robertson V.C. In accordance with the
associated technical information as detailed in Annex A -
Statement of Work No. 781.14, Rev.1.
Vessel Transfer Costs will apply to all bids for evaluation
purposes.
Optional Site Visit - Vessel:
Solicitation No. F2599-140083/A, is canceled and superseded by
Solicitation No. F2599-140083/B and as such no site visit will
be held. An opportunity to view the vessel was provided to
Bidders through the original solicitation.
Bidders' Conference:
Solicitation No. F2599-140083/A, is canceled and superseded by
Solicitation No. F2599-140083/B and as such no Bidders'
Conference will be held. An opportunity to attend a Bidders'
Conference was provided to Bidders through the original
solicitation.
Destination:
The work shall be carried out at Contractors facility.

Commence: December 15, 2014
Complete: December 31, 2014
Sourcing Strategy:
The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be
limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada Region, in accordance
with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy
(1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex
1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
