The intent of this Dry-Docking is to complete repairs to the Bottom Shell Plating & Internal Structure. All work specified herein and all repairs, inspections and renewals shall be carried out to the satisfaction of the Technical Authority/Owner's Representative and where applicable the attending TC Marine Safety Inspector. Complete details are included in the attached Statement of Work.
This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to shipyards in Eastern Canada in accordance with the Shipbuilding Procurement Policy.
