This amendment is raised to extend the bid closing date until
March 18, 2013 at 02:00 PM.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
seven (7) road graders for DLR and ancillary items including
familiarization Instruction/Training in accordance with Purchase
Description for Grader, Road, DED, D-33-001-008/SF-001, dated
2012-10-22, to be delivered by August 31, 2013 as follows:
Two (2) graders to be delivered to CFB Gagetown, NB;
Two (2) graders to be delivered to CFB Petawawa, Ont; and
Three (3) graders to be delivered to CFB Suffield, AB.
An option is included to purchase up to four (4) road graders
and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months
from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
