Project Description: The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (Ministry), requires a Proponent to provide electrical and general services to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair airport and marine lighting, navigational aids, tower systems and Automated Weather Observation Systems (AWOS) at the provincial airports, ferries and barge, that are owned and operated by the Ministry.
