The purpose of the RFSQ is to establish a Roster of highly skilled pre-qualified vendors to provide engineering prime consultant services to NWP and affiliated subsidiaries. After responses are reviewed, the Roster list will be established, and NWP will maintain the Roster list as the primary method by which NWP may enter into contracts for specified services on an “as needed” basis. Pre-qualified vendors will remain pre-qualified for a period of three (3) years after being placed on the Roster.
