FOOD - GROCERIES, RALSTON AND COCHRANE, ALBERTA

Requirement:
For the supply and delivery of miscellaneous grocery products
for the Canadian Force Base (CFB) Suffield, Alberta and Trails
End Camp, Cochrane, Alberta, as required during the period of
the Standing Offer. The requirement is divided into the
following four (4) categories: 1) Meat, 2) Fresh fruit and
vegetables, 3) Miscellaneous Grocery and Frozen Food and 4)
Dairy, Eggs and Cheese. The period of the standing offer will
be for one (1) year from date of issuance of the Standing Offer.
Refreshing of pricing will then be permitted to the Standing
Offer Holder(s) at 1 month period for category 2 and/or 3 months
period for category 1 and/or at the 6 months period for
categories 3 and/or 4.
Up to 4 Standing Offers could be issued under this procurement
process. If an Offeror is being recommended for issuance of a
Standing Offer for more than one category, only one Standing
Offer will be issued to this supplier for those categories.
Standing Offer period: For a period of one year from date of
issuance.
