Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC, officialy PWGSC) intends to retain a Prefessional Engineering Services through Heavy Civil Supply Arrangement(E0225-141687)to expand the Small Craft Harbour located at Dennis Point, NS. A new southern Wharf Structure 413 will be added to Structure 403 with the goal of augmenting harbour protection and expanding the existing wharf structure to provide addtional berthage to meet future needs of the facility.
