New Greenhouse / Header House Building, Agriculture and
Agri-Food Canada, Morden Research Centre, Morden, Manitoba.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to
retain an individual Design-Builder, or joint venture, to
provide the complete design-built work for a new
Greenhouse/Header House Building for Agriculture and Agri-Food
Canada, Morden Research Centre, Morden, MB, as more fully
described in the Terms of Reference. Utilizing a design-build
service delivery methodology, a full range of professional
consultant and contractor services will be required during both
the design and construction phases of the project. The team
shall have all the licensing required to practice in Manitoba.
Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and
special instructions which are available directly from the MERX
site.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to bid closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted bid.
