Further Details: The requirement is for the provision of six (6) Rough Terrain Forklifts with telescopic boom in accordance with the requirement to be listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). These Rough Terrain Forklifts are intended for material handling during camp construction and operation in a rapidly deployable headquarters setting of NATO military forces that may occur over a wide range of geographic environments and climatic conditions. This requirement shall be met with “commercial off the shelf (COTS)” field-proven in the Armed Forces of a NATO country or in a comparable industry.

Comments: Please note that the actual quantities to be included in the Invitation for Bid may vary slightly from those specified in this NOI. Requests for optional requirements will be included. The envisioned bidding method is “One Step International Competitive Procedure”. No partial offers will be entertained.
Delivery Date: NSPA intends to issue the Invitation for Bid (IFB) not before 11 September 2013. Delivery scheduled 10 months after contract award.
