Asphalt Paving Standing Offer, Public Works and Government

Work Description:
Work under this standing offer includes the furnishing of all
labour, materials and equipment required for the supply and
installation of hot bituminous asphalt and related materials,
materials for paving, road repairs and resurfacing as directed
by the departmental representative or specified in the
specifications. The work will be carried out within various
areas of the Esquimalt Graving Dock, Victoria, BC
Work includes but is not limited to:
Asphalt concrete priming, paving and road repairs,
Raising of existing manhole and valve box frames and covers as
required, and
Site preparation, including excavation, scarifying and grading.
Period of Standing Offer: From start date identified on the
standing offer to 30 June, 2015.
It is anticipated that 1 standing offer will be issued. The
total expenditure of the standing offer is $840,000.00 (GST/HST
included).
Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

Firm intending to submit proposals for this project should
