Reissue of Bid Solicitation
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W010C-12C143/A dated 2012-12-03 with a
closing of 2013-01-15 at 02:00 PM.
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
the Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
Regional Individual Standing Offer for the furnishings of all
labour, supervision, tools, licenses, certification and
equipment required to perform and carry out minor maintenance,
repairs, and/or replacements to various mechanical systems and
associated equipment at various locations of Canadian Forces
Base (CFB) Halifax, Nova Scotia, on an "as and" when requested
basis.
Period of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be from
One year (1) plus an additional two (2),12 month option
periods, if required.
The Offeror must hold a valid (as per clause 1 of the security
clauses -example: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) )
issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD),
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), at bid
closing.
MANDATORY requirement at solicitation closing date
Offerors must posses a minimum of five (5) years related
experience in maintenance, repairs, and/or replacements of
various mechanical systems . Offerors MUST use the tables below
to list three (3) major projects/ contracts (one for each
project). ( SEE PART 4 - EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF
SELECTION)

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no

This requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on
Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT), Canada-Peru and Canada-Colombia trade agreements
