Public Works and Government Services requires a Regional
Individual Standing Offer for Diving Inspections in various

covered under this Standing Offer requires the services of a
diving firm to perform diving inspections and minor repairs on
marine structures and facilities at various locations in
Western, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Western Newfoundland consists of: West of McCallum and West of
Jackson's Arm on the Island, then from L'anse Au Clair to
Cartwright in Labrador.
The term for the standing offer is for 2 years, on an "as and

a contract. The Crown reserves the right to award to more than
one contractor.
A ranking methodology for multiple standing offers may be used,
if applicable. Should Canada exercise its right to award a
standing offer to more than one contractor, work will be granted
