Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) requires a Standing
Offer for the provision of Materials Testing Services in Terra
Nova and Gros Morne National Parks in the province of
Newfoundland during highway construction. The work may include
testing asphalt aggregate, base and subbase gravels, testing of
asphaltic concrete hot mix, compaction testing, concrete testing
and other related testing.
The term for the standing offer is for one year, on an "as and
when required basis",with the option to extend the period for an
additional one year period. A standing offer is an agreement
and not a contract. The Crown reserves the right to award more
than one standing offer for this requirement.
Bidders must refer to Standard Instructions - 2006 (2013-06-01)
for the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions applicable
to this requirement.
