Occupational Safety and Health E-Learning Solution (OSHELS)

The National Research Council (NRC) is the Government of Canada's premier organization for research and development. NRC is composed of twelve research portfolios, spanning a wide variety of disciplines and offering a broad array of services, located in every province in Canada. NRC requires a commercial off-the-shelf web-based hosted Occupational Safety and Health E-learning Solution (OSHELS) that includes courseware that covers a wide range of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) topics, an associated learning management system and an associated courseware authoring tool.

The hosted OSHELS must be accessed by NRC personnel by way of a secure website. The OSHELS must include:

1. Courseware
2. Learning Management System (LMS); and,
3. Courseware Authoring Tool.
