The requirement is to establish one (1) National Individual
Standing Offer(s) (NISO) for the supply and delivery to the
Department of National Defence (DND) nationwide of
Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus kits, on an
as-and-when-required basis, as well as associated equipment and
training.
GSIN: N4240
The duration of the Standing Offer (SO) is for a period of three
(3) years from date of issuance, with two (2) additional
one-year options.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
