AMENDMENT 002

The purpose of this amendment is to modify the Request for
Standing Offers in order to update the Integrity Provisions as
well as certain general conditions under Part 6.

AMENDMENT NO. 1

This amendment is being raised to insert the clause documents
and the Annexe 'B' - Working document that was omitted in the
first electronic transmittal.

DESCRIPTION:

This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Grocery
Products.

IDENTIFIED USER:

Veterans Affairs Canada, Ste. Anne's Hospital,
Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Province of Quebec.

PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:

From June 1st, 2015 to May 31, 2016 , divided into two (2)
periods of six- (6) months.

Note: Offers will have to be submitted for each period, as per
the schedule in Annex "B".

One or more Standing Offers could be issued for each period.

Delivery will be made in accordance with the delivery date
mentioned on the call-up document.

QUANTITIES:

The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.

APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:

The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $360,000.00
for the period from June 1st, 2015 to May 31, 2016 inclusive.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

Offerors must submit a list of names or other related
information as needed, pursuant to Section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
