This PSPC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada.
REQUIREMENT:
Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Miscellaneous Pop Products with Ice Combo Unit, state of the art equipment dispensing machines for Department of National Defense, 3 ASG Food Services at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown located in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an "as and when" requested basis for the period from 01 July, 2016 to 30 June, 2019 inclusive.
EQUIPMENT:
The supplier agrees to ensure that the consignee is supplied with an ?Ice Combo Unit?, state of the art equipment dispensing machines for Post Mixed Pop «to a maxof three (3 machines total» with a minimum of four (4) selection valves. All costs for rental, installation & maintenance rest solely with the supplier. The Consignee agrees to provide plumbing for water, sewer and electrical connections as specifiedby the distributor to a point no further than seven (7) feet at its cost.
PRICING: As per Annex "B" - Basis of payment - «List of Products»
Suppliers must provide a price for all items at Annex ?B?.
BASIS OF EVALUATION:
Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate bid including each year's prices, total extended cost of all items, meeting ALL mandatory requirements.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
