This PWGSC provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada.
REQUIREMENT:
Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Coffee products including maintenance services to all dispensing machines and provide a Liquid Coffee Dispensing Machine at no cost to Department of National Defence at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an "as and when" requested basis for the standing offer period from 01 August, 2018 to 31 July, 2019 inclusive.

The supplier MUST be compliant with the mandatory requirements at Annex A, the List of Products at Annex B and Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.
Pricing: Suppliers must provide a price for all items listed at Annex B.
Estimated quantities are based on a one (1) year period.
BASIS OF EVALUATION:
Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate compliant bid, total extended cost of all items, meeting all mandatory requirements.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
