This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W010Z-14 B024/A dated 2014-05-01 with a
closing date of 2014-05-20 at 2:00 pm. A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to
bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
DND requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the
charter of Highway Coaches (39 to 59 passenger minimum) for the
purpose of transporting Regular Force, Cadets, and Militia
personnel, from various locations within Nova Scotia to various
locations in the Atlantic Provinces. The above will be on an as
requested basis for the Department of National Defense (DND)
Transport Electrical Mechanical Section (TEME) from date of
issuance for a period of two years with the option to extend by
an additional one years. Full requirement is detailed in the
Solicitation Document.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
There is a security requirement associated with this standing
offer.
