To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the
provision of all labour, materials, tools, transportation,
equipment and supervision required to pick-up, transport and
dispose of Medical Bio-Hazardous Waste (contaminated articles)
which is packaged in "Bio Packs" provided by the Contractor.
This shall be performed on an "as and when requested" basis for
the Department of National Defence, at the Base Medical Clinic,
CMED and other users at CFB Petawawa. Work will be on an "as
and when requested" basis and the period for placing call-ups
against the Standing Offer shall be from date of Standing Offer
to 31 December 2015 (3 years).
