Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf
Department of National Defence has the requirement to provide a
Standing Offer comprises the furnishing of all labour, material,
tools, equipment, and transportation required for operational
and emergency repairs to amonia refrigerating plants within
various recreation centres of CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia on an as
and when requested basis for a period of one (1) year with the
option to extend the Standing Offer by two (2) additional one
(1) year periods in accordance with Specification W010C-12C159.

The location of the recreation facilities covered under this
specification include, but are not limited to:
Windsor Park - Halifax, NS;
Shannon Park - Dartmouth, NS;
12 Wing Shearwater - Eastern Passage, NS
The requirement is subject the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
