DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision, on an ?as and when? ordered basis, of dairy products.
IDENTIFIED USER:
Fisheries and Oceans, Canadian Coast Guard, Province of Quebec.
PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:
The period is one (1) year from March 1st, 2016 to February 28th, 2017.
DELIVERY:
Delivery address: Onboard Coast Guard ships at the following locations:
The Port of Québec (Queen's Warf, St-Charles River and Cape Diamant) as well as the ports of Trois-Rivières, Sorel, Montreal, Matane, Baie-Comeau, Sept-Iles, Rimouski and Saguenay.
Delivery hours and details:
The peak periods are: June and the first two (2) weeks of July; and November and the first two (2) weeks of December.
Delay: Delivery will be made in accordance with the delivery date mentioned on the call-up document.
QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products. An amount equal to 5% of the total value of the Standing Offer must be included for other products not listed in Annex B.
APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:
The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $128,000.00 for the period from March 1st, 2016 to February 28, 2017 inclusively.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
