PSPC, Cape Breton Operations, has a requirement for a RISO for the supply and delivery of 50% Sodium Hydroxide solution (caustic) that will be used in treatment plants designed to treat acid mine drainage. Delivery will be to four locations within Cape Breton. The period of the RISO is for three years. Full technical requirement contained in the solicitation document.
