The Real Property Branch has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for Collaborative Seating, Tables, and Meeting room furniture for aperiod of two (2) years with an option to extend one (1) year in accordance with Annex A-1 Requirement for Collaborative Seating, Annex A-2 Requirement for Collaborative Tables, and Annex A-3 Leed Environmental Criteria, to be delivered to the National Capital Region.
