The Department of National Defence (DND), Maritime Forces
Atlantic requires the supply of insulation blankets on an as and
when required basis.
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for
Standing Offer and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be
declared responsive and given further consideration.
The responsive bid with the lowest Evaluated Price Total will be
recommended for the issuance of a Standing Offer.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007,
Offerors must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Director, Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form.
