APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER:
The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $51,738.75 for
the period from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 inclusive.

This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Dairy
products AND EGGS.
APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER:
The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $54,354.43 for
the period from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 inclusive.
DELETE ANNEX B dated February 2015. ANNEX B VERSION 02 (MAY
2015) IS THE ONLY VALID VERSION.

DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves

IDENTIFIED USER:
Department of National Defense, Bagotville Base, Bagotville,
province of Quebec.
PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
From April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 inclusive, divided in 2
six-(6) month periods.
Please see ANNEX B for periods.

Delay:
The National Defence representative will place the orders at
least fourty-eight (48) hours before delivery date.
Emergency services:
At all times during the period of the Standing Offer, when
"Urgent" requests are made, the offerer (s) will commit to
supplying the goods within twenty-four (24) hours following
receipt of an order.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Back Order:
No substitute product will be accepted without prior
authorization of the National Defence representative.
QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.

The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $51,738.75 for

INTEGRITY PROVISIONS:
Offerers must submit a list of names or other related
information as needed, pursuant to Section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.
