To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the
Department of National Defence for the supply of miscellaneous
dairy products on an 'as and when' requested basis. Food
supplies to be delivered to both the HMCS Cabot Complex
Pleasantville base located in St. John's, Newfoundland; and
various HMCS ships/allied ships located in St. John's Harbour
(specific locations to be detailed on call-up).
Period of Standing Offer: One year, from 14 June 2013 to 13 June
2014 inclusive.
Overall estimated value: $50,000.00
IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS:
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Bidders
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Bidder. Furthermore, as determined
by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.

incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the tender and
