Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement to establish Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for minor dredging work throughout Western Newfoundland (Rose Blanche to St. Anthony on both sides of the Northern Peninsula) and Southern Labrador (L’Anse au Clair to Red Bay). The provision of equipment, labour, plant and materials is required for Dredging of Class ?B? material throughout these areas.

The term of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be for two (2) years, on an ?as and when requested basis?. Canada reserves the right to award to more than one contractor. Individual call-up amounts will vary, up to a maximum of $100,000 (HSTI). A Standing Offer is an agreement and not a contract.
