Request for a standing offer (RISO): Maintenance products &
accessories
The mandate for this request is to supply on a basis of as and
when required different maintenance products and accessories as
described in Annex «A & B» of this request for a standing offer.
This request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is
required for a period of two years (2) from the date of issue +
possibility for one (1) additionnal period of 1 year.
The service is required for:
Correctional Service of Canada
All institutions in Quebec
Refer to Annex «C» of this request for a standing offer
The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on
technical and financial criteria specified in the Statement of
requirements that form part of this request for a standing offer.
All inquiries and other communications concerning this request
for a standing offer must be sent in writing only to the
contracting authority named in the request for proposal.
Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
