THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO MODIFY THE REQUEST FOR
STANDING OFFERS IN ORDER TO UPDATE THE INTEGRITY PROVISIONS
DATED 2015-07-03.

DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of grocery
products.
IDENTIFIED USER:
Correctionnal Service of Canada, Cowansville institution.
PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:
From May 1st, 2015 to April 30th 2016, divided into two (2)
six-(6-) month periods.
Note: Offers will have to be submitted for each period, as per
the schedule in Annex "B".
One or more Standing Offers could be issued for each period.

3N7 Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 11:00 am, And from 13:00 and
14:30 pm N.B. All pallets shipped to the kitchen must be wrapped
with plastic wrap (Saran wrap). Also, maximum height of pallets,
including thickness of the pallet, is five (5) feet.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
House brand products will be favored and the supplier must
remove price on the packages to avoid any confusion between the
price list provided by the supplier and the current selling
price of the received goods.
QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products
APROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:
The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $620,865.00
for the period from May 1st 2015 to April 30th 2016
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
"The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade
Organisation agreement (WTO) and the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT)."

procurement.
