AMENDMENT 001:
This amendment is to modify the quantities of ANNEX B periods 2, 3 and 4. Please only consider ANNEX B version 002 from now on.

Description:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of products of cheese and eggs.
Identified User:
Correctional Service Canada, Donnacona Institution, Donnacona, Province of Quebec.
Period of Standing Proposal:
From February 1st, 2016 to January 31th, 2017-, divided into four (4) three- (3-) month periods.
Note: Offers will have to be submitted for each period, as per the schedule in Annex ?B?.
One or more Standing Offers could be issued for each period.

Emergency services
At all times during the period of the Standing Offer, when ?Urgent? requests are made, the offerer (s) will commit to supplying the goodswithin seventy-two (72) hours following receipt of an order.
Security
Please note that there might be a delay entering and exiting the institutions.
The client may require that a security investigation be made on the supplier's delivery staff.
Furthermore, the supplier shall ensure that his staff members carry a proof of identity at all times, or they will be denied access to the site.
The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting the institutions.
Alternative products
Alternative products may be considered, if they are of equal or superior quality. A fact sheet indicating the nutrition value and thelist of ingredients will have to be submitted for analysis and approbation by the client. This information should be submitted with the offer, but may be submitted afterwards, before the issue of the Standing Offer.
Quantities:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.
ApproximateScope of the Standing Proposal:
The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $57,000.00 for the period from February 1st, 2016 to January 31th, 2017 inclusive.
Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
