DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Chips for the
inmates canteen.
IDENTIFIED USER:
Correctional Service Canada, various institutions, province of
Quebec.
PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
From September 1st, 2015 to August 31, 2016.
One or more Standing Offers could be issued, and the offers will
be evaluated by geographic region (See Annex "B").
Offerors could submit for the geographic region(s) they want to
serve.

DELAY:
Delivery time will not exceed 48 hours after reception of an
order. Delivery within 24 hours for emergencies.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Delivery:
Delivery will be made in accordance with the delivery date
mentioned on the call-up document.
Minimum value for call-ups will not be accepted.
Security:
Please note that there might be a delay entering and exiting the
institutions.
The client may require that a security investigation be made on
the supplier's delivery staff.
Furthermore, the supplier shall ensure that his staff members
carry a proof of identity at all times, or they will be denied
access to the site.
The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting
the institutions.
QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.
APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:
The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $256,000.00
for the period from September 1st, 2015 to August 31, 2016
inclusive.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is not subject to any provisions of the Trade
Agreements since the inmates purchase these items with their own
money. These are non public funds.

procurement.
