Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision upon request of Reprographic Services including without limitation, reprography, printing, binding, laminating and plastifying as described in Annex «A».
The required services are for Department of National Defence located in Sain
t-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec.
The resulting Standing Offer will be valid for a period of 24 months following the date of issue and will include a right for Canada to authorized an additional period of one year.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) only. Therefore, the requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on technical and financial evaluation criteria.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in Canada's two official languages.
