Standing Offer Air Conditioning Systems & Refrigeration, St.
John's, NL
Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the repair
and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
The standing offer includes but shall not be limited to the
provisions of all labour, materials, tools and equipment to
complete this work. This Standing Offer will serve the St.
John's area, including but not limited to the Northwest Atlantic
Fisheries Centre and the Correctional Services Canada building
in Pleasantville.
Bidders must refer to the General Instructions to Offerors -
Construction Services - GI01 (2014-03-01) Integrity Provisions -
Offer.
The term for this RISO will be two (2) years from the date of
issuance, on an "as and when requested basis." Canada reserves
the right to award to more than one Contractor.
Individual call-up amounts will vary, up to a maximum of
$25,000.00 (HSTI). A standing offer is an agreement and not a
contract. Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or
that any amount, will be called-up on any resulting RISO.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO OFFERORS:
The Government of Canada has moved its Government Electronic
Tendering Service to Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. As a result,
federal government solicitation documents will now be published
free of charge on a Government of Canada website.
Firms that elect to base their offers on documents obtained from
other sources do so at their own risk. The Government Electronic
Tendering Service will be the sole authoritative source for
Government of Canada requirements that are subject to trade
agreements or to departmental policies that require public
advertising. Get more details in the Frequently Asked Questions
section of Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
Offerors are responsible for obtaining copies of solicitation
forms and special instructions which are now available directly
from the Buy and Sell website. Standard terms and conditions for
this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form
part of, the standing offer documents. The standard Public Works
and Government Services Canada documents may be viewed at

on-clauses-and-conditions-manual.
It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure that all
amendments issued prior to closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted offer. Amendments, when issued, will
be available on the Buy and Sell website.
