Requesting a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply
and delivery of Cloth, Coated, Waterproof, and Weather Resistant
to Correctional Service Canada (CORCAN) - Dorchester
Penitentiary in Dorchester, New Brunswick on an "as and when
requested" basis, from February 18, 2016 to February 17, 2017
with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year
periods.
The cloth must meet the Technical requirement specified at Annex
C.
Bidders MUST provide two (2) samples in the specified colour,
each at least one (1) meter X one (1) meter.
Bidders MUST have available test results from a certified
independent testing laboratory confirming that the fabric
samples submitted with their bid meet the mandatory requirement.
If the test results are available, please include with the bid.
If these test results are not provided with the bid, the
Contracting Authority will so inform the Bidder and provide the
Bidder with a time frame within which to meet this requirement.
Failure to comply with the request of the Contracting Authority
and meet the requriement within that time period will render the
bid non-responsive.
This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
procurement services to the public in both official languages.
