The Department of National Defence, has a requirement for the
supply, delivery and setup of Welding Machine Units that have
the capability to perform Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas
Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), and
Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW), in accordance with Annex A -
Requirement, to be supplied on an "as and when requested" basis,
to be delivered and setup at the Royal Canadian Electrical and
Mechanical Engineers School on the Canadian Forces Base Borden.

The proposed period of the Standing Offer is for five (5) years
from date of standing offer.
One (1) standing offer will be issued as a result of the RFSO.
It is anticipated that 7 to 9 units will be purchased per year.
