The Department of National Defense (DND), CFB Halifax, Nova
Scotia, has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing
Offer (RISO) for the provision of emergency response products on
an "as and when required" basis.
The requested period of the standing offer is for one (1) year,
with two, 1 year options to extend.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
