To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the
repair of vehicle body work and repair of commercial and
military pattern vehicles belonging to the Department of
National Defence, 115 The Boulevard, St. John's, Newfoundland
and Labrador. The period of the RISO will be from date of award
