NEW:

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to have an unprecedented impact on the health of Canadians. COVID-19 vaccines are a critical tool that reduce the risk of COVID-19 and protect broader public health.
As a responsible employer, the Government of Canada is committed to protecting the health and safety of its employees. On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced its Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

In alignment with this important measure, all supplier personnel (including subcontractor personnel) who access federal government workplaces will also be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This requirement will enter into effect on November 15, 2021.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada.

NOTE: An amendment to the solicitation will be posted on Buy and Sell if there must be any changes to the Requirement, the Schedule of Tender Closing Dates or to the «List of Products» at Annex B. It is the responsibility of the offerors to assure themselves they verify and receive all the amendments (if any) during the period from the date this solicitation is published on Buy and Sell.

EVALUATION PROCEDURE AND BASIS OF SELECTION:

Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate bid, total extended cost of all items, meeting all mandatory requirements. The supplier MUST provide a price for ALL items and must be able to supply 100% of the items on the attached List of Products at Annex B. Failure to do so will render your bid non-compliant and it will be rejected.
