The following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements will apply to any resulting call-ups:
- For deliveries to* Yellowknife, NT, the Tlicho Agreement;
- For deliveries to* Cartwright, and Nain, NL, Labrador and Inuit Land Claims Agreement.
- where "deliveries to" means "goods delivered to, and services performed in".
Nature of Requirements:
National Master Standing Offers for Diesel Fuel, and Heating Fuel in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable. Delivery to various locations in Canada on an as-and when-requested basis from January 22, 2016, up to and including August 31, 2017.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents maybe submitted in either official language of Canada.
