This requirement is to establish a National Master Standing
Offer (NMSO) for the procurement of commercial tires and tubes,
pneumatic, excluding tires and tubes for aircraft, specialized
military vehicles and pursuit tires and excluding installation
and maintenance.
All technically responsive offers will be recommended for
issuance of a Standing Offer.
The period of the Standing Offer will be from October 1, 2013 to
September 30, 2014.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement, the North
American Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade
Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, the
Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and the Agreement on Internal
Trade.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
