This requirement is to establish a National Master Standing
Offer (NMSO) for the procurement of specialized military vehicle
tires and tubes, pneumatic, excluding tires and tubes for
aircrafts (N2610), commercial and pursuit tires and excluding
installation and maintenance.
All technically responsive offers will be recommended for
issuance of a Standing Offer.
The period of the Standing Offer will be from October 1, 2014 to
September 30, 2015.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
