This requirement is to establish a National Master Standing
Offer (NMSO) for the procurement of tires for pursuit rated
vehicles (N2610).
All technically responsive offers will be recommended for
issuance of a Standing Offer.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement, the North
American Free Trade Agreement, the Agreement on Internal Trade,
the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free
Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement.
