The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Canada intends to issue a maximum of three (3) standing offers per food catego
ry. The solicitation process could result in the award of up to 18 standing offers.
The total estimated annual expenditure ofapproximately between $10 - 15,000,000.00 CAD is anticipated to be distributed as follows:
