Supply on an as and when required basis , wood and construction
material products as detailed on annexes A to E and/or F to J ,
to deliver, FOB Destination (including all delivery charges) ,
to all Federal Departments located in the West Quebec region
including the Montreal region and surrounding areas, Laval,
Drummondville, Cowansville , Ste-Anne-des Plaines , Joliette ,
La Macaza and others , and / or the East Quebec region
including the Greater Quebec City Area , Valcartier base in
Courcellette , Donnacona and others .
The period will be from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
This standing offer will be promulgated for four (4) separate
three 3-month periods each.
Maximum of one standing offers will be issued in each 3-month
period for each region mentioned above, either West or East
Quebec region.
The delay for delivery must be completed within (2) working
days following receipt of an order.
For any bid to be accepted, the bidder must mandatory submit the
bid pricing on at least a minimum of 40% of the total items
indicated on Annex "A to E" and/or on a minimum of 40% of total
of items indicated on Annex "F to J ".
Quantity and destination may vary.
The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on
mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.
All inquiries and other communications concerning this request
for proposal must be sent in writing only to the contracting
authority named in the request for proposal.
Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
