To establish a Regional Master Standing Offer for the supply and
delivery of fluid milk on an "as and when requested" basis to
any federal government department, agency or Crown Corporation
listed in Schedules I, II, III of the Financial Administration
Act, R.S.C. 1985, c F-11 within the Province of Nova Scotia,
except for Canadian Coast Guard College, Sydney, NS. Frequent
users of this SOA are HMCS ships based at CFB Halifax, CFB
Halifax Land Forces (Galleys), Halifax Regional Municipality, 14
Wing Greenwood, Fisheries & Oceans (including Transport)
Dartmouth, and Camp Aldershot. Overall period of Standing
Offer: From date of issue for a period of one year
