A Regional Master Standing Offer is required for the supply and
delivery of major commercial kitchen equipment and small
commercial kitchen appliances, such as ranges, ovens,
dishwashers, toasters, microwaves, etc., if requested by
Identified Users during the period of the Standing Offer.
A complete list of the minimum mandatory performance
specifications is detailed in Annex A, Requirement.
Identified Users will include various Federal Government
Departments and Agencies in the Provinces of Manitoba,
Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Delivery: FOB destination to address identified on the call-up
against the standing offer.
The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of two years, with
the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
The estimated value of the Regional Master Standing Offer,
including option years, is $900,000.00 (CDN), including GST.
The resulting (Standing Offer/Contract) is not to be used for
deliveries within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area
(CLCSA). All requirements for delivery within a CLCSA are to be
submitted to the Department of Public Works and Government
Services for individual processing.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
